Most of the artwork on display here was created for inclusion in the various games modifications I have worked on. Unless otherwise noted the works here are my own.
This is a collection of sketches I have made over the years in no particular order. I'm generally not very good at drawing - being only able to render my ideas in orthographic views, not having learning the perspective drawing method. Generally these sketches are of things which I want to model in 3D for games however - so orthographic views are actually very useful in that case.
The Forgotten Hope mod for Battlefield 1942 was one of the first "big" games modifications I ever worked on, having a fairly large development team. I mostly worked as a texture artist, although I also made some new particle effects for various weapons and helped with the design process. The mod has since moved on to the Battlefield 2 engine, where they stil use many of my textures for various weapons and vehicles. All the models in these images were created by other people then skinned by me, unless otherwise noted.
This is the most recent mod I have worked on. It is an expansion for the game "Command and Conquer: Generals Zero Hour" with a very ambitious scope, adding two entirely new factions and totally revamping the original factions. This is the first time I have done modelling and UVW unwrapping in addition to skinning - the simpler nature of the models needed for this game has helped me learn how to model very fast. Unless otherwise noted I created both the models and skins of all the pieces on display below.
EndWar is a game that caught my interest with its pseudo-realistic and futuristic military technologies and also the novel gameplay mechanics they implemented in an attempt to bring change to the stagnant RTS genre. I was lucky enough to be given a large number of un-used pieces of concept art from the game by the developers, and you will find these here. Obviously, none of the art here was created by myself - I simply host it here to keep it available.
